SUPAC Survey 2024 T&Cs

GAME OF CHANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

  1.  Instructions, prizes, and information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.  
  2. The Promoter is The a2 Milk Company (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 52 125 331 213) of Level 4, 182 Blues Point Road, McMahons Point NSW 2060.  
  3. The promotional period begins at 9.01am AEST on Tuesday 26th March 2024 and concludes at 9.00am AEST on Wednesday 26th March 2024 (Promotional Period). 
  4. The Promotion is a raffle, which is open to individuals who complete the survey, advertised at the SUPAC event at University of Sydney on the 26th March 2024, during the Promotional Period. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and third parties associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.  
  5. Entrants must be:  
    1. over 18 years old;  
    2. a pharmacy student;  
    3. resident in Australia;  
    4. and have a valid Australian mobile number. 
  6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, complete all questions in the survey.  
  7. Entrants may enter the Promotion once.  Where an individual attempts to submit more than one entry, any additional or subsequent entry(s) will be disqualified and ineligible for a prize. 
  8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants’ eligibility (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's absolute discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.  
  9. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.  
  10. Entrants will be entered onto a spreadsheet and the winners of the Promotion shall be selected via a random number generator.  
  11. Selection of the winners by random number generator will take place at 10:00am AEST on Wednesday 26th March 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the random number generator draw. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.  
  12. The first 3 winners drawn will each win an AUD$50 DigitalMastercard® gift card. 
  13. Total prize pool is valued at AUD$150 (3 x $50). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes will be delivered via email to the email submitted by the entrant when completing the survey. The winner is responsible for claiming the prize. DigitalMastercard® gift cards are subject to Card.Gift’s T&Cs as well as Mastercard’s T&Cs, and more information may be found on https://card.gift/product/digital-mastercard/. The Promoter is not associated or affiliated with Card.Gift or Mastercard.  
  14. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion, but subject to State and Territory laws, modify, suspend, cancel, recommence or extend this Promotion as appropriate if: for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to technical, hardware or software failures or interferences, or changes to third party sites or platforms, which affect the administration, operation, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion; the level of interest or participation in the Promotion is insufficient or there has been some delay in commencing the Promotion; or the entry procedure, determination of winners or delivery of prizes is prevented, hindered or affected by any external agent or event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. 
  15. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website(s) is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.  
  16. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (and its officers, contractors, employees, agents and representatives) will not be liable for any personal injury, loss (including loss of opportunity), damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential loss), cost, expense or claim arising from or in relation to:  
    1. the Promotion;  
    2. any entry or the entry procedure;  
    3. or any tax liability incurred as a result of being awarded a prize. 
  17. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and, in the form, reasonably required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers. 
  18. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Failure to provide the information will mean that the individual cannot enter the Promotion.  All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will otherwise use the information in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Promoter, at https://a2nutrition.com.au/privacy-policy.  
  19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster, or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.  
  20. The laws of New South Wales apply to this Promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
